Kreuz is an integrated subsea service provider to the offshore oil and gas industry providing subsea construction and installation solutions for the development of new oil fields and the upgrade of existing ones as well as Inspection, Repair, Maintenance ("IRM") of existing offshore production and pipeline facilities. Kreuz was listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 29 July 2010.
Kreuz's offshore installation teams, supported by onshore project management teams, strive to serve clients, from the initial planning and engineering to offshore execution and final as-built. Kreuz executes all projects in compliance with internationally-recognised quality assurance and safety control processes. In pursuit of sustainable growth without compromise to quality, the Company is increasing its fleet and variety of assets with present ownership including offshore work vessels, saturation and air diving systems, and Remotely Operated Vehicles ("ROV"). Equipped with relatively new assets meeting present industry standards and coupled with a stable pool of experienced and skilled diving and ROV professionals, Kreuz is able to meet stringent quality and safety demands of top end oil and gas companies.
