Raymond Goh, Non-Executive Chairman
Mr. Raymond Goh is the Non-Executive Chairman of Kreuz and was appointed on 18 December 2009. Being an industry veteran, Mr. Goh is also the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Swiber Group, where he sets the long-term growth strategy and spearheads the expansion of Swiber. Mr. Goh is currently also the Non-Executive Chairman of Vallianz Holdings Limited. At the same time, he serves as a patron for Punggol North Citizen's Consultative Committee.

Kurush Contractor, CEO & Executive Director
Backed by more than 25 years of experience in the offshore industry, Mr. Kurush Contractor has been the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Kreuz since August 2008 and has been in charge of the establishment, organisation, and strategic growth of Kreuz since its inception. Mr.Contractor was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 18 December 2009. He also serves as the President and CEO of the Offshore Subsea Services Division of the Swiber Group. Mr. Contractor has strong hands-on experience, being a qualified commercial deep sea diver certified by the Health and Safety Executive of United Kingdom, and has received various technical qualifications for saturation diving, Non-Destructive Testing ("NDT"), diving medicine and supervisor training.
Francis Wong, Non-Executive Director
Mr. Francis Wong was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 18 December 2009. He is currently an Executive Director and the Group CEO and President of the Swiber Group, where he plays a key role in charting Swiber's corporate and strategic directions and steering its operations. Active in his professional field, Mr. Wong is a fellow certified practising accountant of CPA Australia and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. He is also a chartered accountant certified by the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Darren Yeo, Alternate Director to Francis Wong
Mr. Darren Yeo is the Alternate Director to Mr. Francis Wong and was appointed on 29 June 2010. With more than 15 years of industry experience under his belt, Mr. Yeo is also an Executive Director and the President and CEO of the Offshore Marine Services Division of the Swiber Group, where he is responsible for the management and development of the Group's offshore marine support business operations. 
Eng Meng Leong, Independent Director
Mr. Eng Meng Leong is an Independent Director of Kreuz and was appointed on 29 June 2010. Mr. Eng brings with him over 25 years of accounting expertise, with a specialty in tax services, with one of the largest accounting firms, KPMG. Mr. Eng was admitted as an associate member of the Institute for Chartered Accountants of England and Wales in 1982. He is also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
Mr. Eng Meng Leong is an Independent Director of Kreuz and was appointed on 29 June 2010. Ling Yong Wah, Independent Director
Mr. Ling Yong Wah is an Independent Director of Kreuz and was appointed on 29 June 2010. He is currently a partner of SEAVI Advent Corporation Ltd, a private equity firm based in Singapore. Mr. Ling has over 23 years of business and management experience and has held various roles including board seats in companies listed on the Singapore Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr. Ling is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. 
Wong Leong Jeam, Independent Director
Mr. Wong Leong Jeam was appointed as an Independent Director on 29 January 2011. Previously, he was a diplomat in Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar from 1990 to 2003 and held senior positions in the Singapore Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defence. Mr. Wong was an active volunteer with the Singapore Red Cross in disaster management, relief operations, liaison, and photography.
