Kurush Phiroze Contractor, Executive Director and CEO
Backed by close to 30 years of experience in the offshore industry, Mr. Kurush Contractor has been Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Kreuz since August 2008. He is in charge of the establishment, organisation and strategic growth of Kreuz and was appointed to the Board as an Executive Director on 18 December 2009. He also serves as the President and CEO of the Offshore Subsea Services Division of the Swiber Group. Mr. Contractor has strong hands-on experience, being a qualified commercial deep sea diver certified by the Health and Safety Executive of United Kingdom, and has received various technical qualifications for saturation diving, NDT, diving medicine and supervisor training.

Sheldon Richard Hutton, VP Installation
Mr. Sheldon Hutton joined Kreuz in June 2008 and is responsible for leading the offshore subsea installation projects. With close to 35 years of industry experience, he has played a vital role in major project completions for Hyundai, Shell, Exxon, British Petroleum, Petro Canada and Global Industries amongst many others. Mr. Hutton is instrumental in developing and pioneering methods for providing cost effective and successful completions of various kinds of subsea construction and installation works, enabling oil companies and producers to get online faster and safely.
Cyrus Phiroze Cama, VP Operation
Mr. Cyrus Cama has been in the subsea construction industry since 1991 and joined Kreuz as the VP for Operations in June 2008 where he is responsible for leading the offshore subsea operations. For over 20 years, he has been involved in major projects in India, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Europe carried out by companies such as Rockwater Limited, Coflexip Stena Offshore Inc, Global Industries Limited, Stolt Comex Seaway and Subtec Middle East Ltd.

Dr. Jean-Yves Massimelli, QHSE Director
Dr. Jean-Yves Massimelli joined Kreuz in August 2009. He has been practising as an occupational health doctor with a specialisation in hyperbaric and diving medicine since 1990 for various industries. He was also the Deputy General Manager for a centre of public health and safety directive in France. Dr. Massimelli has managed several certification projects integrating the requirements of International Standards. Dr. Massimelli is a Consultant for the French Institute National de Plongée Professionelle, a leading commercial diving training centre in Europe, and has also co-authored "Médecine et Risque au Travail - Guide du Médecin du Travail", a book on occupational medicine.
Kenny Zhang Da, Financial Controller
Mr. Kenny Zhang was appointed as the Financial Controller in May 2010 and is in charge of supervising Kreuz's overall accounting and finance functions, and other responsibilities such as liaising with the investment community, evaluating and driving capital market fund-raising exercises and reviewing potential investments and mergers and acquisitions opportunities. Mr. Zhang joined Kreuz from Deloitte & Touche LLP and has over 10 years of finance and audit experience. Mr. Zhang is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

Robert McCormick Black, Operations Manager, ROV
Mr. Robert Black joined Kreuz in January 2010 and has been involved in the operations of ROVs for almost two decades, including inspection, drill support, dive support and survey activities. A qualified air diver and Shipboard Safety Officer and Risk Assessor, Mr. Black was previously an ROV superintendent for Fugro-Rovtech Limited, an offshore manager of Hallin Marine Limited, an offshore manager of Rovtech Limited and an ROV supervisor and pilot for PR Offshore Services and HMB Subwork.
Rajeshkumar V. Panchal, Projects Director
Mr. Rajesh Panchal was appointed Kreuz's Projects Director in July 2010 and is in charge of overseeing subsea projects, proposals and estimations. Mr. Panchal has close to 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has worked on a variety of subsea projects in India, Middle East, Asia and North America. He is a member of the Institute of Engineers, India, the Indian Society of Technical Education and the Indian Society for Non-Destructive Testing.

Tan Mui Na, Accounting and Finance Manager
Ms. Tan Mui Na was appointed the Accounting and Finance Manager in April 2010 and is in charge of supervising Kreuz's accounting and finance functions. Ms. Tan has close to 10 years of accounting experience, having worked at KPMG, Ernst and Young, and Ellipsiz Singapore Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Ellipsiz Ltd, listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. Ms. Tan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK, and the Malaysia Institute of Accountants.
