Swiber, which holds 75.0% of our issued and paid-up share capital after the Restructuring Exercise and prior to the Invitation, is our Controlling Shareholder. Following the completion of the Invitation, Swiber will own approximately 63.2% of our enlarged issued share capital. Swiber is a company incorporated in Singapore and listed on the Main Board of the SGX-ST. The Swiber Group is principally engaged in providing integrated services (other than subsea services) to the oil and gas industry through three core business units: (i) offshore construction services, (ii) offshore support services, and (iii) offshore development services.
Since our inception, we have been engaged by the Swiber Group to provide subsea services for various offshore construction projects that have been awarded to the Swiber Group, with the Swiber Group contributing in aggregate approximately 47.4% and 74.1% of our Group's total revenue for FP2008 and FY2009 respectively. Our close working relationship with the Swiber Group has enabled us to gain greater access to the offshore construction industry while benefitting the Swiber Group through our provision of subsea services to them.
