TRAINING FOR THE STAFF AND THE OFFSHORE SKILLED PERSONNEL
In order to ensure that our staff and offshore skilled personnel are competent in their roles and responsibilities, staff training plays an important role in our operations. Accordingly, our employees receive on-the-job training and are sent for courses and/or tests in order for them to obtain the necessary skills certifications for their respective areas of responsibilities.
As the offshore diving personnel whom we contract are subject to IMCA certification, they are also required to attend various regular training courses, complete apprenticeships and pass annual medical examinations prescribed by IMCA as part of the IMCA certification programme.
Due to the nature of our operations, safety training for our employees are also viewed with utmost importance. Employees are regularly sent for safety induction courses to ensure that they are apprised of the most up-to-date safety measures so as to minimise safety breaches.
